2. Customer Submission of Evidence•Item Issues: If there is an issue with your item upon receipt, you are required to submit photographic or video evidence within 48 hours of delivery. This evidence should clearly demonstrate the nature of the issue.•Lost or Stolen Items: In cases where an item is stolen or missing, a police report or blotter must be submitted for investigation. We reserve the right to review these cases individually to determine the appropriate action.

3. Deposit, Return & Refund, Exchange, and Store Credit Policy•Down Payment / Deposit: The Down payment / Deposit required to secure your item upon mining so that it won't get forfeited or go to the other buyer, we require a deposit depending on every live. Please check the live details for the required deposit for the item/s. This Deposit is non-disputable and non-refundable once you make your down payment or deposit to secure your order or item. Failure to pay the Deposit / Down Payment within 24 hours will immediately forfeit the item.•Store Credit Option: Customers may request a refund in the form of store credit at 100% of the purchase value.•Credit Card Cash Refunds: Refunds in cash will be issued at 90% of the original purchase price. The 10% difference covers transaction fees and handling penalties.•Cash Refunds: This is subject to evaluation under the category of “Refund Eligibility”.•Refund Eligibility: All items are refundable or subject to a refund depending on the case or scenario. Our team will assess and evaluate each case based on the evidence provided and the condition of the item returned. Upon refund items below $500 are subject to $50 restocking fee and handling fee and items above $500 are subject to a 10% restocking fee and handling fee. Customers/Clients are responsible for handling the processing fee of the shipment when the item is being returned.

4. Customer Data Maintenance•Update Requirement: Customers agree to provide accurate and updated personal details, including email addresses, physical addresses, and contact numbers. The business reserves the right to discontinue services or deliveries if customer information is outdated or incorrect.

5. Liability for Lost or Missing Items•Courier Responsibility: The business is not responsible for any lost or missing items once they are marked as delivered by the courier service. Any claims, disputes, or concerns must undergo the communication channels provided by the business, such as customer service emails or phone support. This applies to customers/clients who availed insurance coverage of the item. (Please see section 9)

•In-Transit Coverage: The business assumes responsibility for any loss or damage to items while they are in transit to the customer. Once delivery is marked as complete, any disputes must be raised with the courier. This applies to customers/clients who availed insurance coverage of the item. (Please see section 9)

6. Signature RequirementHigh-Value Orders: For any orders exceeding $1,000, a signature upon delivery is required. No Signature: In case of loss or damage of the item, it cannot be sure of fully guaranteed approval upon claiming the insurance of the item.

7. Repair Costs and CoverageRepair Costs Discussion: In cases where an item is damaged, repair costs will be discussed with the customer based on the type of repair needed and the nature of the damage. The business reserves the right to assess the repair requirements on a case-by-case basis. (Please refer to section 9)Coverage for Damages During Transit: If the damage occurred during transit and the customer provides proof of damage upon receiving the item, repair costs will be covered by the business, including any necessary shipping expenses. 8. Sales and Promotions Sale Terms: Discounts, promotions, and special offers are time-limited and subject to change. Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless specified.

Insurance Coverage and Claims Insurance Options: Insurance coverage for high-value items is available either directly through our website at the time of purchase or via manual placement with our customer service team. Customers must indicate their preference at checkout or contact customer service for manual insurance processing.Filing a Claim: In the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged item that has been insured, the customer must file a claim within 30 days of the delivery date.
